MEET RALPHIE!

Ralphie 5
Ralphie
Ralphie 3

We would like to introduce you to a very special kitty. Ralphie came to us way back in July 2021 when he was just 6 weeks old. He and his brother Randy arrived with no mother and both were very sick with Feline Herpesvirus or Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis. After many vet visits and medications, poor Randy just could not kick the illness and we lost him. Both boys had been in foster care for quite some time and due in large part to the very dedicated foster, Ralphie is now thriving! His left eye was severely affected and will likely never look the same again. This is only cosmetic, Ralphie has great vision in both eyes but may need medication from time to time throughout his life. Feline Herpesvirus is contagious but only to other cats which requires Ralphie to be the only cat in his forever home. People and dogs can not get the disease and Ralphie will have the same life expectancy as a noninfected cat. This sweet guy is playful, curious and affectionate. Please consider giving Ralphie his chance at a happily ever after!
